Instead of shopping online and seeing a nice BTS hoodie for $40, you can get a BTS hoodie from this shop for $20 or less. I'm just someone who doesn't like buying things online that I could get locally for much cheaper. Any issues or concerns you may have, they talk patiently and listen to your concerns, and do their best to help! This is hands down one of my favourite merch shops ❤️ ALSO! Personally, no matter how pretty or how much I want it, I wouldn't want to buy a t-shirt from online that's say $30-$50 for example, when I could get a t-shirt from my local mall or stores for $20 or less. The team running the shop are nice people too. My items have been delivered in reasonable time lengths, and they’ve come in their proper conditions! Sometimes you’ll get a little freebie with your purchase too which is sweet. They’re genuinely a really great shop! I’ve never had any problems with them. I discovered Totemo Kawaii Shop in 2017 and have been shopping with them since. One of the few genuine and trusted merch shops! I might come back to the store because they do have nice stuff but their customer service is SO BAD! They clearly don’t even know their own store.

Why couldnt the person just look it up or ask around. One week later, I was tired of it and just said I wouldnt buy from their shop. I also emailed them several times, no answer. I texted them almost everyday, no answer. They never answered my question even though I only asked them it EIGHT minutes after they last replied. I told them that and then asked my question. My question was if the MOTS7 lightstick was official and authentic.
I emailed them a question and they did reply but didnt exactly answer my question.
